Session timeouts

As a security measure, RSS automatically logs out users after 15 minutes of inactivity. If a user is logged on and is actively moving around the RSS application, he or she does not need to worry about timeouts.

Before a user's session is timed out, a warning message appears. If the user wants to continue in RSS, he or she can click the OK button to continue the session. If the user does not click the OK button, he or she will be logged off. A message appears, informing the user that he or she is no longer logged into RSS. To continue using RSS, the user must log on again.
